During the course, Mr. Shi Taiming deeply analyzed the problems participants face in their business operations and proposed solutions. In this course, Shi Taiming emphasized the "continuous growth" of the four major leadership skills of a president and deeply explored how to quickly activate the C role, proposing the "12+2 (500PV+600PV)" model.
