On December 22, 2023, at 2:00 PM, the 15th Sports Promoter Awards ceremony was held at the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park, Taipei, in the second-floor auditorium of Building One. During this award ceremony, Total Swiss received the Gold Sponsorship Award for the sixth consecutive year and, for the second consecutive year, the Long-term Sponsorship Award in the sponsorship category.

These two Gold Awards represent Total Swiss's commitment to taking from society and giving back to society, showcasing its high value in the sports world, society, and the nation. As a result, the President's Office and Executive Yuan have recognized and awarded Total Swiss for consecutive years.

With the upcoming presidential election, President Tsai Ing-wen, Vice President Lai Ching-te, and Premier Chen Chien-jen had prior engagements, so the award presentation at the Sports Promoter Awards was conducted by Lin Wan-pi, a Commissioner in the Executive Yuan.

In his speech, Commissioner Lin recognized the outstanding achievements in Taiwan's sports over the past year, starting with the Chengdu World University Games, where Taiwan secured 10 gold, 17 silver, and 19 bronze medals, followed by the Hangzhou Asian Games, where Taiwan won 19 gold, 20 silver, and 28 bronze medals. The total number of medals won in Chengdu ranked second in history, and Hangzhou equaled Taiwan's best performance to date.

Commissioner Lin mentioned that Taiwan's athletes have delivered outstanding performances, thanks to the cooperation between the government and corporations. In 2016, Taiwan's sports budget was 8 billion NT dollars, which has now doubled to 16 billion NT dollars. Out of this, 3 billion NT dollars come from corporate sponsorships.

Minister of Education Pan Wen-chung pointed out that the success of Taiwan's athletes in Chengdu and Hangzhou, with the support of coaches and logistics teams, was a collaborative effort between the government and businesses. This year, the Executive Yuan has provided a total of over 440 million NT dollars in bonuses through the National Glory Bonus Program, which significantly exceeded the initial budget. The Executive Yuan had to allocate extra funds from its second reserve.

The protagonist of this year's 15th Sports Promoter Awards theme video was karate athlete and long-term sponsor of Total Swiss, Yu Hsiao-shuang. In the video, she shared her journey and dedication to karate. She mentioned how her father had to work hard to support her karate training and competitions, waking up early every day. However, his love and hard work weren't enough to sustain her pursuit. Fortunately, with the support of Total Swiss, she was able to persevere and excel on the international stage, winning gold medals in karate at both the Jakarta Asian Games and Hangzhou Asian Games.

Yu Hsiao-shuang's coach, Professor Hsieh Fu-hsiu from National Taipei University of Education, and over twenty junior athletes, including ice skating champions Chen Yi-fan and Wu Jo-hsuan, attended the event. They were joined by General Manager Sun, President Chen Hsiao-fen, President Liao Hsiu-yueh, and President Hsiang Wei-wei, who all came to support Dr. Johnny Wang. Amy Hsiao also led several Northern region CPs, including Chen Ying-hsien, Wang I-hua, Peng Chiung-ying, Ouy Yu-huan, and Chang Chia-jung, to witness this historic moment.

When Dr. Johnny Wang received the Gold Award from Commissioner Lin Wan-pi, the crowd enthusiastically shouted, "Total Swiss, praise, praise, praise, Cellular Nutrition, strong, strong, strong... shining brand wherever it goes!" Total Swiss is undoubtedly the top shining brand wherever it goes.
