The following is a summary of Dr. Wang's lecture.

Our company has undergone numerous transformations. From its inception to the present, we have overcome countless difficulties and challenges, proving our ability to grow sustainably. Of course, we cannot always stick to the old ways; that would only make us like them. We must constantly seek change to keep pace with global developments and grasp the most important trends.

As is well known, Taiwan's industrial base is relatively weak, making development extremely difficult. The Formosa Plastics Group once grew into an industrial giant in Taiwan and expanded into several countries. They also enjoyed a large scale and great success in the United States, but unfortunately, due to their failure to keep pace with the times, they ultimately declined.

They had a lot of money and originally had great opportunities, but they didn't change their thoughts and always believed that their way was the best way.

Build an irreplaceable team

Why has Taiwan become so important in the international community? Many say the key lies with TSMC. But this is an oversimplification. TSMC wasn't always the largest or best company; it was built from investments from multiple countries. While Taiwan is certainly the largest shareholder, the second and third largest shareholders combined are even larger, including many large Dutch and Japanese companies, and its largest customer is actually the United States. Without the US, TSMC wouldn't be where it is today. Fortunately, it's headquartered in Taiwan, thus becoming Taiwan's TSMC.

These countries formed a team and built a large supply chain. Why is network marketing so difficult to duplicate? We often say that doing the same thing repeatedly can lead to success, but it's difficult to gather the same people. In other words, the most difficult thing to duplicate is actually the team. Culture and systems can be duplicated, but the team itself cannot.

Therefore, you are building an irreplaceable team. If you manage it well, it will be very difficult for others to replace you, and you, like TSMC, will become irreplaceable. This is because you have attracted many outstanding talents, and you are the key person in placing them in the right positions—this is irreplaceable.

Many people fail to succeed in this industry and have many complaints. But actually, your success in this business has nothing to do with any other factors; it all starts with you. This is your business. It's good if your uplines are helpful, but you shouldn't depend on them. Only when you can manage your own team are you a true business owner.
