7 / 28 / 2024
July 28th was originally scheduled to be the final day of the Asia-Pacific Biotechnology and Beauty Expo. Typically, with Sunday being the last day, the event is expected to peak. However, due to the disruption caused by a typhoon, the final day was pushed to Monday, and although July 28th was not the concluding day, it was still a highly anticipated day. Presidents and partners gave it their all, aiming to set new records once again on Sunday.
Early in the morning, the number of passengers taking the Bannan Line to Nangang Exhibition Center more than doubled compared to usual, hinting at the excitement that lay ahead for the exhibition. As the most popular booth in the entire venue, Total Swiss was expected to experience the highest foot traffic over the four-day event.
For years, Total Swiss has consistently stood out with the best booth at the event, and the smooth, delicious taste of their cellular nutrition drinks has been a key factor. To make sure the drinks are not only smooth but also slightly refreshing in the summer heat, one of the secrets is to ensure a cool serving. Every day, staff transported three large bags of ice from an ice factory, using about 100 to 125 kilograms of ice daily.
Based on past experience, being the most popular booth often invites complaints, but thanks to careful planning and administrative collaboration, Total Swiss’s massive crowds at this year's expo did not result in any protests or grievances. Compared to previous events, neighboring booths were noticeably more friendly this time. Several neighboring booth staff came by for a drink every day, and even a manager from a booth across the way joined as a member early this morning.
One president even demonstrated impressive networking skills by recruiting new partners from several aisles away. He successfully convinced staff from a distant booth to become new Total Swiss members.
During the million-dollar prize draw, direct downline Xu Boqiu won NT$1 million, and President Lin Yanyu continued her streak of success. In addition to successfully recruiting a married couple at the “Drink a Cup” station, Xu Boqiu’s wife also decided that she would bring six friends from Kaohsiung to the exhibition on the final day (tomorrow), where they would all join Total Swiss.
One of the members, who is already 92 years old, came to the exhibition yesterday accompanied by her daughter. Today, despite her daughter being unavailable, she insisted on coming to the venue to drink another cup. As a seasoned member who has been drinking the product for six years, she was already familiar with it, but she still felt that the cup she drank on-site, alongside the crowd, was special.
Dr. Wang had an important meeting in Kaohsiung in the morning, but as soon as it was over, he rushed back north, arriving at the Nangang Exhibition Center around 2 p.m. Upon arrival, he was immediately surrounded by presidents and introduced to newly recruited members or partners who had traveled far to ask about health-related issues.
After Dr. Wang returned, the Total Swiss booth saw a new wave of crowds, with long lines forming at both the cellular nutrition and vegan protein drink stations.
Aside from the seasoned presidents and partners enthusiastically sharing their successes, the pharmacists participating in the expo for the first time seemed to have hit their stride on Day 3. After warming up for two days, they were more articulate than ever, expertly explaining the benefits of Liver Care and other Total Swiss products.
As the busy day wrapped up, the statistics for July 28th showed that Total Swiss had served 5,130 cups of cellular nutrition drinks and 2,000 cups of vegan protein shakes, totaling over 7,100 cups. Although this was about 1,300 cups fewer than Day 2’s total, the quality of engagement and the number of memberships gained far exceeded Day 2’s results.
This discrepancy is explained by the fact that a significant portion of the 8,400 cups served on Day 2 were consumed by members attending the prize draw, whereas today’s numbers were more reflective of genuine interest and successful engagement.
This solid engagement and membership growth were evident in the beaming smiles of the presidents and the busyness of the administrative team processing new memberships. By midday, the number of new members recruited had already surpassed the entire total from Day 2. As a result, even after the expo closed, the administrative team had to return to the office to continue processing the day’s memberships.
Dr. Wang was highly appreciative of the momentum built over the past three days and the efforts of everyone involved. He encouraged his team to rest early after wrapping up for the day. He also reminded them to maintain caution on the final day, avoid any potential disputes, and continue fostering good relations with neighboring booths to ensure that the fourth day of the exhibition would also be smooth and successful, further perfecting Total Swiss’s performance at the event.
